Is it necessary to bring the computer to you?
No. We typically go to the client’s location. If a service requires extensive time to complete, we will take the computer and return it upon completion of the service.

We service Orange County and surrounding areas.

Do you charge for travel?
We currently don’t charge for travel. We service Orange County and surrounding areas. However if the location is in an outlying area, we might require a minimum service, that is, a minimum number of hours of work performed.

Do you have a minimum service or minimum service charge?
There is no minimum service for work needed in our service area (Orange County and surrounding area), but we do have a minimum service charge of $62.50. This means that we will do any job no matter how small, but we charge at least $62.50 for any job.

Do you work on laptops?
Yes, we service all brands of laptop and notebook computers.

Can you help with backups?
Absolutely! We want to make sure everyone is backing up. Without backups, your data can be lost. We set up scheduled automatic backups so the user doesn’t have to take the time to backup or worry that they might lose anything.

I think my computer has a virus. What can be done?
We are very adept at eliminating viruses. Our technicians have seen them all and keep up on the latest viruses that hit the Internet.

Do you sell computers?
We advise on what computer is best for our client and what components to look for. Total PC will purchase or assist you with computer purchases. We also build custom computers if more is needed than what’s commercially available or if we can offer a lower price. Building custom computers is especially helpful for systems that require special capabilities such as graphic work.

Can you recover lost files or information?
Yes, we have special software tools that enable us to recover deleted or corrupt files.

Can you help with Outlook or Exchange?
Yes, we can set up email accounts in any email software or online service. Total PC can set up and maintain Exchange Server. We can also correct Outlook problems as well as tutor on use of its various features.

Yes, we can set up or correct wireless network or Internet connections, as well as solve service provider modem or related Internet connection problems.

Yes, we consult on computers, purchases, networking equipment and infrastructure, and Internet connections. Consultations are important for businesses setting up a new office and need assistance getting up and running.
