Our Reason

We all know what happened in 2009. The mortgage crisis hit and layoffs hit Kevin and Jennifer hard. Finding a job was difficult so they decided to start a side gig until they could recover. Kevin brought 15+ years of IT experience in many different industries and Jennifer contributed her team management and customer service experience. From that a business was born. Kevin and Jennifer quickly realized the small businesses were forgotten by big box IT companies. Soon their "side gig" turned into a mission to make certain small businesses were afforded the same experienced IT support and friendly customer service experience that big companies receive.

Our History

In the late 70s when today’s microprocessors were first invented, Randy Pavin, as an electrical engineer, was building microcomputers from scratch. By the 80s, when IBM produced its first personal computer (PC), PCs quickly became Randy’s hobby and he started building computers for family and friends who turned into his first clients and started referring others. Within a short period of time, business owners started using his services. Experiencing a strong growth with the hobby, Randy decided it was time to turn the hobby into a business. With that, Total PC, LLC was founded in 2005 by Randy and Patricia Pavin.

Our Future

In 2012, Randy & Patricia were retiring and wanted to keep their vision of Total PC alive. They decided that Kevin & Jennifer Hammond (Patricia's niece) would be a great fit and brought them in as the new owners. The business was kept in the family and the blend of Kevin and Jennifer's current business with Total PC's vision is what you see today. Since 2012, Total PC has grown its clientele to small businesses in the entire Southern California region. We look forward to continue our growth and servicing our clients with the same pride it was founded on.
